Problems installing / updating an App

As App Developer you have no influence on the functionality of the store.
Therefore, only Microsoft support can help.
After such a message, you should first abort the failed installation in the store.
Second, the app should be uninstalled manually.
A Windows restart is also helpful in some cases.
IMPORTANT: Really click reboot, shutdown is not equal!
